【Grade S】 The manuscript is accepted for publication without any corrections.

【Grade A】 The manuscript is accepted for publication. It deserves to be published after the completion of minor corrections.

【Grade B】 The manuscript will be accepted for publication after completion of corrections and/or revisions. It needs to be evaluated again at the next editorial conference before its final acceptance. However, no major revisions are required.

【Grade C】 The manuscript will be accepted for publication after the completion of major corrections and revisions. The Editorial Board notifies the contributor of the points needing correction and revision with their justifications and, if applicable, the deadline date of re-submission.

【Grade D】 The manuscript is rejected. The Editorial Board notifies the contributor of this decision with its justification.
